For the Christmas holiday, my parents and sister flew into town and helped us put together the nursery. Every one pitched in - my mom helped with the color palette, my sister painted the crown molding and chair rail, my Dad and Greg painted the room and hung the crown molding and chair rail! I don't think Greg will ever suggest crown molding again!!! During the same trip, my mom took our 1st official belly photo shoot. I have to admit I'm used to my abs being a focal point, not a protruding belly.
Just last weekend, I went back home to Arizona for my first baby shower. We had a great turnout with the pageant gang, neighbors and relatives all present! After the shower, there is no way our little boy is not going to have anything to wear now. The support and generosity of everyone was overwhelming! A HUGE thank you to my mom and sister who hosted the shower. My poor sister stayed up until 1 am the night before making the awesome cupcakes. And my mom created a delicious menu and had the house decorated just right!
